Bahkruums publishes five special keyboard actions: Shift Sprint, Q Scream, T Speak, Z Unlock Mouse, and G Emote. Learn them before a chase, then add standard Roblox movement, camera, and jump. The developer does not publish sprint values, communication range, emote cancellation, or nextbot reactions, so test those behaviors in the current beta.
Quick key table
Shift: engage Sprint while moving.Q: perform Scream.T: perform Speak.Z: unlock or recover mouse interaction.G: access the Emote action.
Keep the list next to the game for one session, then practice until you can press each key without looking. The keyboard route is the only platform mapping explicitly documented by OrbitWave Creations.
Five-minute input check
Start in open space. Move forward and turn the camera toward a visible landmark. Hold Shift while continuing forward; confirm the current result, then release it and stop precisely. Repeat through a gentle turn. This establishes whether the problem is the key, movement direction, or camera alignment.
Press Q once and wait. Press T once and compare the sound, text, animation, or other current output. Do not alternate rapidly, because overlapping actions make them harder to identify. No cooldown or AI effect is assumed.
Open or focus an interface, then press Z. Note whether the pointer becomes available or the camera state changes. Close the interface and restore movement. Press G last, observe the current emote behavior, and learn how to return to normal movement.
Sprint troubleshooting
If Shift appears not to work, move away from walls and confirm that the character is already traveling. Try holding rather than repeatedly tapping. Check whether a current UI state, chat focus, or open menu is consuming keyboard input. Close it and retest once.
Do not diagnose sprint by sound alone. Compare travel along the same visible segment. If the build shows a meter or state indicator, note it without assuming its maximum or recovery rule. A single server can be stale during a beta update, so rejoin once before reporting a persistent issue.
Scream versus Speak
The official names establish distinct intentions, but not a complete mechanic. Make a cue card for the current build: key, visible or audible output, whether an interface opens, and how the action ends. Repeat in a second quiet situation before treating the observation as stable.
Do not state that one action attracts nextbots or reaches farther unless a controlled current test supports it. If a group uses Q as “threat seen” and T as “regroup,” label that a player convention, not an official meaning.
Unlock Mouse with Z
Z is the recovery key when camera and interface focus conflict. Press it once, not repeatedly, so you can tell which state it produced. If the pointer is now available, interact with or close the panel. Press Z again only if the current interface requires returning to camera control.
When it fails, record the open panel, whether chat was focused, and what the cursor did. Close Roblox’s system menu if it is open. Rejoining can reset an interface state, but it should not be the first response to every small focus problem.
Emote safely with G
Test G before pressure. Learn whether it opens a selector, immediately triggers an animation, or behaves differently in the current server. Confirm the exit action and whether ordinary movement cancels it. No one should discover a long animation for the first time while a threat is approaching.
Use emotes for voluntary communication or fun, not as a claimed survival tool. No official invulnerability, distraction, or movement benefit is published.
Camera and key conflicts
Chat focus can turn Q, T, or G into typed characters rather than actions. Click or use the appropriate Roblox control to leave the text field, then retest. A browser or operating-system shortcut can also capture combinations, though the listed keys are simple single actions.
If a key behaves differently after changing Roblox settings, restore one setting at a time. Record sensitivity and camera mode changes because they can make movement feel like an input failure even when the key works.
Practice route
Walk from one landmark to the next, sprint the same route, then repeat while using one communication action after stopping. Add Z recovery with a harmless interface and finish with an emote test. Do not combine bhop, communication, and interface changes into the first attempt.
Once the five keys are reliable, use the Bunny Hop guide and Survival Guide. If keyboard works but a controller or phone does not, use Platform Controls rather than remapping blindly.
Keyboard FAQ
Is Shift hold or toggle?
The official description only says Sprint - Shift. Test the current build; this guide does not assert a hold/toggle rule.
Does Q make nextbots chase me?
No such effect is officially documented. Record repeated current observations before making the claim.
Why does T type into chat?
Chat or another text field may have focus. Exit the field and test Speak again in gameplay.
What if Z does nothing?
Close overlapping menus, verify the current focus state, press it once more, and rejoin a current server if the failure persists.
